Shipping Policy

We ship from our warehouse in Colorado within 24 hours on business days*

Shipments within the US usually take around 2-5 business days to arrive.

*Except for pre-order items, which are not available for immediate shipment. If you purchase them, we will either hold your order until they arrive in stock (usually within 3 – 5 days) or contact you to go through other options. You can find the product availability information on the product page and in your shopping cart.

Due to carrier pick up schedules, orders placed after 3pm EST on Friday will ship on Monday or the following business day if the Monday falls on a holiday.

In case of an eCheck (see below) your order will be shipped out as soon as payment clears.

All orders include a tracking number. Signature confirmation may be added (at our cost) for large orders.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards and Paypal. You can pay via Paypal even if you don’t have an account with them. Please note that if you pay by eCheck, it usually takes between 3 and 5 business days to clear.
